Food has always been my love language, but my cancer journey changed the way I see it. It’s no longer just about fuelling my body or flavour, it’s about nourishment, strength & healing.
Shifting to a pescatarian diet, reinventing family favourites recipes, and embracing whole, unprocessed foods have helped me feel more energized & connected to my body. Every meal is a form of self-care, a way to cherished family recipes and support my health while still savouring the joy of cooking.
So, as I share my recipes with you, I hope they inspire you to cook with intention, to embrace whole, nourishing foods that make you feel good inside and out. Food isn’t just about eating; it’s about healing, comfort, and connection.
